Bath and blow dry pricing applies when the coat is in reasonable condition. Extra charges may apply for heavily matted, knotted, or impacted coats that require additional time and care.

Full groom appointments are booked for a set amount of time. In some cases, coat condition, temperament, or matting may affect how much can be completed during the appointment.

A gentle introduction to grooming for puppies who have never been groomed before. This helps your puppy get used to the bath, blow dry, handling, face tidy, feet tidy, and hygiene areas in a calm, positive way.

• Professional blow dry using temperature and flow-controlled equipment

• Use of Happy Hoodies where appropriate for nervous or noise-sensitive dogs

• Sanitary trim, including hygiene areas and paw pads

• Full body clipping and scissoring based on coat condition and owner preference

• Hand scissoring and shaping of the feet, tail, and face

• Finishing cologne spritz if suitable
